At Green People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization Code.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
